Do you have to do some work from home, as well?
Yes. I work 37(+) hours like everyone else, but I only teach 25 of those. The rest is spent on various administrative tasks, such as meetings, planning, evaluation, contact to parents, training courses, etc. Whatever doesn't require my presence at work can be done at home. Planning, evaluation, and a lot of the contact to parents is done from home.
Some of those hours are also reserved for special events where I might be required to work more than 37 hours a week, such as during parent consultation, which usually takes place in the evening. I've got some consultation days coming up. Work hours will be from 8 to 21 on those days.
