Too many people, too loud, too busy.

Enjoyed it a lot.

It's a feature! Un-clutters the page. Smiley: schooled

Turkey day was me being sick, as was the rest of the week until I went back to work. Though I got to drive 9 hours to and from the nearest American Girl store so my eldest could have a birthday thing there. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

Well, I'm having a kid in June, so have to prep for that. Any advice I can ignore?

People will inevitably get the spawnling toys that make noise. I recommend convincing the child that batteries don't last very long and solve the problem after everyone goes to sleep. Remove the offending energy source, and then get in the car and drive to your ex-friend's house and chuck the batteries through their largest window.

Also congrats. This world needs more ex-hunter admin types. Smiley: thumbsup

Yes, that was my thinking. I'm going to make them a min bow.

Maybe in a few years I'll start playing WOW again so they can farm. How old do you think they need to be for that?

I quit Final Fantasy XI with the intention of going back once my daughter was old enough. Turns out now there aren't enough hours to hang out with her during the day and the time that MMOs eat up just aren't worth it.

About 5 worked okay. Attention span was limited though, and prizes only worked so well. Skill wasn't there yet either unfortunately, which limited the options on what you could farm. Having a horse helped with the attention span problem.

Mobile games are a little nicer, a lot of them have log-in prizes and similar rewards for minimal skill/effort. It's just as well because time for real MMOs isn't pretty limited anyway.

Holy ****, it only took me 14 years of blind devotion, but I finally got into a Blizzard alpha. Time to bug test the crap out of Battle for Azeroth.

I'm building a crib!

One end done. Posts are made by laminating strips together, back is part of post, so no joinery needed and it's seamless and strong.

Make sure to add some comfortable padding over the edges because your ass'll be leaning over it. A lot.
