the time work ends is when i want to go home, football starts or i get hungry.

this is some time between 3:30 and 4:30, usually close to 4:00.

except during football season when it dips earlier for monday/thursday games

same concept for nba playoff games that i want to watch

Should bring home lava rock; I hear that's a good idea.

I did visit her and she was rather stressed because of finals but she's well, if I'm not mistaken her graduation ceremony is soon and then she'll be a BSc.

Have you visited Brooklyn Brewery and Sixpoint yet? I think Jolly Pumpkin, Ommegang and Southern Tier are around there as well.

If I'm in new york, going to a show is a higher priority than going to a brewery. I've visited lots of breweries, and will continue to do that, but all the stuff to do just isn't available in most cities I visit.

Beer is always more important. Smiley: tongue

Although if there's one beer related thing to do I'd visit Tørst, the Evil Twin bar in Brooklyn.

Oh, Maz. Is "Kåååd" some sort of Danish slang or something?
#5592 May 11 2014 at 3:04 PM Rating: Good
There are three å's in one word. How the **** do you pronounce this.

Kind of like "Kaaahd", I think? Danish isn't exactly my strong point.

Kåd? Kåd means "frolicsome". Like, the teenagers get "kåde" in spring... "Kåååd" sounds like someone yelling it. You elongate the vowel.

And reading about the beer on their website, they're referring to "kåd" (frolicsome) as the meaning. Not clue why they've decided to add more vowels. Probably a reference to "skål" (cheers) which is pronounced with an elongated vowel as a common ceremonial greeting here.

Nah, and I'm actually done with exes; I'm getting married.

Welcome back to the shenanigans. Playing anything these days?

Playing Hearthstone pretty casually (for me, only rank 18 maintaining about a 60% win/loss), but other than that, not enough time in the day.

It's on auto renew and I'm lazy. Plus, I like supporting the network, even if I'm not necessarily using it (which I guess I kind of do, I use Hearthhead from time to time).

If you get married on Hawaii, where do you go for your honeymoon?

Also gratz Theo, are you getting married because you knocked her up or does she actually like you? Smiley: tongue

And thanks for the Danish lesson Maz, I thought it looked weird which is why I asked if it was slang.

Also relevant. Details, man, details. There's got to be some juicy tidbits in here somewhere.

Also also, there seems to be a noticeable lack of pictures.

Also also also, congrats and such. Smiley: grin

You stick around and visit lots of relatives.

Anyway, I attending a wedding in Rift over the weekend out of idle curiosity. I was an awesome guest, showed up late, grabbed a gift and promptly went afk for like 10 minutes (stinky diapers don't smell any better until you change them). When I came back my eldest had gotten a hold of my character and was running it into an invisible wall somewhere in the reception area.

Good times.

Finally hit the top of my talent tree too, hundred blades is all kinds of awesome, just for the record.
