Thanks, but there is no pvp power or resilence on those items, why?
Because you didn't mention it was for PvP so I assumed PvE. I have no idea about PvP gear, someone else might.
For PvP, buy the best PvP gear available at the vendor. If item levels still exist in the game, look for the highest value.
Please "talk up" if your comprehension white-shifts. I will use simple-happy language-words to help you understand.

when looking at the items sold by the pvp vendor in mop, the highest ilvl is 496 http://ptr.wowhead.com/itemset=-659#.
however when searching for items manually, theres an armor with ilvl of 572 that gives far more strength and stamina, crit and haste, but no resilence or pvp power.. http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=105412#.

First of all, if you want items available now, don't use the PTR version of WoWhead. Those may be items available in 5.4.
Also, items without resilience are items from PVE content, not PVP content.
I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you either just started the game and are not a level 90 Paladin, or you just bought an account with a level 90 Paladin.
