I recently specced ballance as a druid and used Moonkin form. I noticed that I had 700 mana and then when I put on intellect gear I still had 700 mana. Did they change how intellect is gained? Thanks.
Sure did. Intellect doesn't give you more mana now. It gives you extra damage and some crit. Your mana is based on your spec and level and can also be affected by talents for some classes I believe.
