You need to be level 20 in order to purchase the first riding skill. The type of mount you can buy depends on what race your character is.

If you have a look at http://www.warcraftmounts.com/ there is a menu heading on the left for Basic Mounts, pick your faction and then scroll down to your race to see the mounts available. Clicking on the mount will give you information about where you can buy it from. There should be an NPC by any basic mount vendor that will be able to teach you the riding skill.

The first riding skill costs 4g and a mount costs 1g.

They need to give rogues an ability that allows them to ride a critter around for a short period of time. They just jump on any critter, and it runs around in a random direction.

Why? For evasion? otherwise it seems like a random monkeywrench I don't need.

Exactly Maz! I am thinking that there could be some interaction, where you have to lean a certain way to hold on. Then you could have achievements based on it... it would be sweet.

I think its some kind of homage to GTA.

Properly done you'd pull an NPC off their mount and gallop off on it - losing rep to the NPC faction and slamming into walls.

Personally I'm just as happy not to Smiley: smile

Cobra you are full of it. If that was an option in the game you would totally do it. Can you imagine punching a gnome in the face then crashing its robot chicken into a frozen lake? That would be awesome.

I so want to do a Horatio opening line there, but I can't find out how to play the word 'loony' on 'moon'.

I'm not much for wooing other people, tbh. =x Seduce, yes. Woo, not so much. I know it's a cop out, but I'm a chick. I was never taught how to do it. I have this issue with my primary a lot, because he's a guy that wants to be wooed for sex, and I don't know how to do it.

It's not in our DNA to woo guys. That's their job. Just like us making sandwiches... but I make that their job too.

Ha ha. Lucky you. I swear, if I (or my mother) am not there to make dinner people just don't eat. (Seriously, I can walk in the door at 9pm and ask what dinner was and just get blank stares.)

I love to cook. It is pathetic if you can not take care of the basic needs of survival for yourself.

Also, I find it delicious.

I don't really enjoy it that much, but that's because I'm lazy and I really only know how to make a few limited dishes without digging out a recipe book.

Whenever I cook, the meat's always crispy on the outside and raw on the inside.

Just the way I like it. Smiley: thumbsup
