Hi all,
I have been playing off and on for a number of years and have recently come back and started playing as a Holy Priest.
When I got to level 15 I clicked on the dungeon finder tool and proceeded to heal my first instance, then another, then another and then another, one after the other, without pause as the group I was with changed but I stayed constant. After the final instance, and back outside, I looked about the area I was in and saw all mobs were greyed. I then realised I had gone up 5 levels and most of my equipment slots had blue items.
Since then, I have struggled to find the motivation to quest outside of instances and have just reached level 30 rather quickly. I also think I'm addicted to healing: that rush of saving an idiot dps or tank on auto pilot is hard to beat.
My questions are:
Is healing my way through levels a viable way of levelling?
Will I reach a point where doing so becomes a lot slower?
Has anyone else done this?
I don't mind questing, but I am interested in other holy priests opinions. I also know Holy is not the quickest way to level but I really want to heal well even in lower level dungeons.
