Anyone else having issues with IB? I've used it a few times recently and noticed that I can not cancel the buff - thus freeing myself from IB...

Anyone else?

That's an error with the buff frames. I'm not sure exactly how it is, but in some cases you can no longer remove buffs from yourself by right-clicking them. I think this is when you use just about any buff frame addon - from what I read on SBF's page just after the patch hit, they changed the way cancelling buffs works, effectively preventing addons from providing this feature.

Correct, I believe one of the major reasons why they made it so addons can't affect buff/buffframes is because of the shadowmourne addon that got rid of the buff automatically so it can start stacking again (at least that is what a Pally in my guild told me who has s'mourne).

For me I just have a lot of my spells macroed and in those macros I have:

/cancelaura Ice Block
/cancelaura Invisibility

If anything make sure to make those macros for the spell so iceblock would look like:

#showtooltip Ice Block
/cancelaura Ice Block
/cast Ice Block

this way if you hit it again it will break you right out of it.

My macro for this is:

/cast Ice Block
/stopmacro [nomod:ctrl]
/cancelaura Ice Block

It will only cancel Ice Block if I'm holding down Ctrl when I use the macro, basically so I won't cancel Ice Block by pressing the button by accident.

I never knew there was an official change on buff cancelling, I just assumed my unit frame addon had broken it.

Mine is pretty similar, I have iceblock bound to shift+[

I have [ bound to moving my mouse wheel to the left (it can tilt) and shift+] is actually my I-Win cooldowns macro

But at least with shift I know I won't be accidentally hitting it.
