Can't tank. Could use some advice.Follow

I've been tanking in WoW since BC came out and I've never quite had this much trouble doing it before. I honestly just don't know what to do and I'm at my wits end with groups.

Problems:

-Groups of mobs I never have any rage.
-Single target my rage is stuck at 100 and no matter how many buttons I press like mangle, lacerate, maul and pummel nothing changes it.
-Tabbing targets and putting up lacerate doesn't seem to work. I just don't have enough time to set up threat.
-Missing...Oh sweet crap the missing. It's NOT uncommon for me to charge into a group of mobs and hit swipe only to have more then 50% of the targets dodge, parry or outright miss.

The only solution I've come up with so far is to find more +hit gear, but I can't locate much at this level. I find it hard to believe that they "broke" tanking. I'm obviously doing it wrong and need some tips and tricks otherwise I'm just going to give up and become a healer full time. At least healing doesn't make me want to punch people in the face for AoEing before Ive reached the mobs...

Are you 80 yet? If so you can reforge any gear with a ilvl of 200 or above to get you some more hit.
