All 'Call of..." skills on one keybind?Follow

Hi Guys! I just hit level 80 on my shaman, and have loved every minute of it.

I'm looking for a way to keybind all three Calls to one key, and use which ever one is active on my totem bar. I don't want to use modifiers.

For example: If Call of the Elements is active on the totem bar, I want to hit Mouse Button 5 to call the 4 totems I've selected. If Call of the Spirits is active, I still want to hit Mouse Button 5 to call those.

Again, I would rather not use modifiers for each Call; Separate keybinds for each would get really messy for me, since I literally have every modifier in use for my Mouse Button 4 and 5s.
