Holy Paladins 3.3.5 stacking SpellpowerFollow

There are 2 ways you can gear.


Intellect Stacking HL SPam vs SP stacking FoL spam. The throughput of both is actually pretty similar, though HL Spam will pull ahead on splash damage fights (Bloodqueen/Sindragosa). Fol spam tends to do well on single target damage fights. End of the day personal preference though Spell Stacking FoL spam shouldn't be attempted unless you have 3200 Spellpower + unbuffed.


How you should gear, glyph, spec and trinket/libram

Spell Power Stacking


Talent Build
51/17/0 with 3 points left to spend where you want. Improved Devo Aura doesn't stack with Tree Druid aura, so if you always have a tree druid then you can skip it and put it into Benediction or the Holy Tree. This spec hits all of the Holy talents you need, increases SP and provides bonus to your Sacred Shield (which you should keep up 100% of the time) as well as a raid wall.

Glyphs
Seal of Light 5% Healing (duh), Beacon & FoL (5% fol crit). Holy Shock is a wasted glyph, don't bother.

Libram
PvP Libram Relentless or Wrathful. Never sink badges into the 264 libram unless you have an excess of badges. The PvP are better for you in this spec.


Trinkets
SP trinkets. Althors Abacus, Purified Lunar Dust Solace of the Defeated, the one off Marrowgar in 10 man etc. Never trinket intellect or MP5

Gems& Enchant

Meta Gem - Ember Skyflare Diamond 25 SP + 2% Intellect
Red - Runed Cardinal Ruby - +23 SP in every slot.
Blue - Royal Dreadstone +12sp +5 Mp5
Yellow - Luminous Ametrine +12sp + 10 int

Enchant SP on everything, head and shoulders go SP + Crit (seems counterintuitive but you won't need the MP5 and the Crit is a throughput stat for fol paladins). Feet use Tuskars Vitality, never Icewalkers or Mp5.


Gear Focus

You have 2 basic minimums to make this spec work, if you can't meet them then don't bother.

1) 670 Haste
2) 3200+ SP unbuffed


670 haste is the soft cap for FoL (the spell you will cast 95% of the time) in a raid. Anything over that is wasted itemization. So roughly be at or just over 670 (If you had to choose between 690 haste or 640 haste take 690 for example).

From there you balance MP5 and Crit. Mp5 being regen, crit being throughput as your FoL crits if properly geared should be hitting around 12-14k.



Spell Rotation
Now spam FoL, use HS on CD, keep beacon and sacred shield up 100% and Win.
