Question about gearFollow

It's difficult to answer your question given the vague scenarios you posted. Here's why:

1. We don't know your spec. Your specific talent build drives how important some stats are in relation to others.

2. You can't just look at one piece of gear in isolation. You have to take into account all of your gear and how this new piece will fit into your current itemization. What are the stats of the piece you are replacing?

Generally, and this is a broad generalization, the priority on stats for warlocks is:

Hit (until capped) > Spellpower > Haste > Crit > Spirit > Intellect

It really all depends on how many of each stat you currently have vs how much you could have. That being said, Hit(till capped)>SP>Haste>Crit>Spirit...for the most part. Ignore Int all together as it is much less useful than every other stat (except Agi/Str).

Pound for pound, haste is one of the strongest stats around. Especially for Affliction; you main DOT (Corr) hits faster and your main nuke (SB) does as well. Granted hit and SP are more important when comparing pieces of gear, but my advise is have Haste on every piece of gear you possibly can. Haste makes bosses dead. period.
