You could also go for Solar Beam, which would buff your healing and Moonfire and let you keep Last Stand.
Solarbeam has a longer CD, sure, but it will hit anything in the target area. No clue what that is right now, no. But if it's wide, it could be awesome. Especially for ranked BGs.
Not as awesome if the beam originated from you, though. Imagine firing it down the tunnel in WSG, completely incapacitating all spell casters for 10 seconds? Hells yeah...
Still though. A few Druids could almost completely lock up whole enemy teams for 10 seconds when fighting in smaller areas (like a flag room).

Obviously we can't know for sure, but I keep imagening it to originate from... the sun? Similar to those rings from the lunar festival we can now place? Which would allow you to mess with LoSing casters a bit - place the beam as soon as they come in for a quick spell and they can't "LoS > Move away from the pillar, throw spell > Move back" anymore because they'll be silenced as soon as they decide to run away from their cover at that side.
I don't see that happening with a 1 min CD.
