I haven't given my bear gear much attention recently bceause its currently good enough for running heroics and I've been focusing on my Balance gear. But I've got plenty of spare Triumph emblems now so I splashed out on the Mask of Lethal Intent to replace my Tier8 helm.
Only problem is, I don't know what gem to put in a yellow socket.
The socket bonus is +8 agility which isn't rubbish, otherwise I'd just lump a +30 stam gem in there. I'm good for expertise and hit, so that leaves me deciding between Deadly/Champion's Ametrine or a Nightmare Tear.
What did you pro bears do? Bear in mind I'm sitting at around 35k HP unbuffed and not likely to be tanking ICC :) Wouldn't mind giving tanking VOA a shot if you guys think 35k is up to it.

If nightmare tear isnt used elsewere use that, you get 10 agi 10 stam 10 str plus the 8 bonus
If he is doing mostly heroics ya the NT is a decent option.
Still using it on a yellow with a Stam option would be better for the occasional raid.
+8 Agi is pretty sexy though. Hell for my heroic set I have all DPS off pieces, some tank trinkets and T9 that is half way between tank and DPS gemmed.
Log in tank set and link it for the best opinion. As my heroic set while very DPS oriented id all 245 or better gear so the armor/stam/avoidance/crit/etc from the set is retardedly high even if my HP looks low for a tank in heroics these days.
