Help with PvP rewards pleaseFollow

I was looking at the pvp rewards and 2 caught my eye so far, I am almost level 18. Legionnaire's Band or Advisor's Ring, I was thinking the latter because I find myself casting 2 or 3 lightning bolts before melee, but the earlier has good melee bonuses, Any thoughts on which I should get first? Also, I heard marks of honor are no longer used, so how much does each cost? Thank you.
