Just out of curiousity, which professions would be best for a hunter to have? Having the money to level said professions is not an issue. I already have capped jc/inscription/alchemy/high level enchanting, and capped mining/herbalism. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

This, like almost anything else in WoW, depends on what you want to do.
Do you want to raid and go for the best possible stats? Then Jewelcrafting + Blacksmithing is your choice.
