I apologize profusely for posting this, but I just don't feel like potentially searching for the answer in vain when someone here would likely know:

Has Blizzard announced anything regarding when they'll review Cata Druid forms?

Atm, it looks like I'll be a Druid in Cata, if I stay. And since I also want a Worgen, that would work out nicely. I'm fine waiting for Cata to level one, but I would rather get one to cap earlier if I prefer the forms currently in game over others.

I just want to know if they've hinted that they'll be available anytime soon.

That looks like a pug with sticks tied to its face... O_O;;

If my Druid is Horde, it WILL be a Troll. Not because I'm particularly fond of their graphics, but because I hate the Tauren humanoid form and am not willing to stare at it if I choose to heal. Unfortunate, because their bear form is vastly superior to the NE's bear (and their cat is better, though by a smaller margin).

The tree is going away. Or, rather, it is going to be a CD. You'll spend most of your time healing in your humanoid form--that's how you'll be showing off your gear.
