First time PallyFollow

i just started up a pally, i am gearing tword tank, what is the best talent tree to do for this? What is the best use of my hands, sheild or two handed? How do I best use my abilities to keep agro? What should I look at in weapons and armor?

Alot of questions, but I want to be the best that I can be ;)

Hmmm lets take a look at the talent trees shall we? Holy: lots of things that boost healing. Retribution: lots of things that boost damage and crit. Protection: lots of things that increase armour, lower damage taken and increase chance to block.
Just a guess, but I think Protection will be best for tanking... seeing as all the talents to boost survivability are in there.

Now lets think about weapons. I am a tank, I will be getting hit by everything and want to take as little damage as possible. What would serve me best in this endeavour? A Shield (used throughout history to lower the damage you take from attacks) or a TwoHanded weapon?
Again, just a hunch, but I think a Shield will serve you best for tanking.

You ask how to hold aggro? Look at your ability Righteous Fury. It increases threat caused by all Holy Damage you deal. This means you want to deal Holy Damage to as many enemies as possible. Now look at your attacks and your Seals, which will be best for this purpose?

Now go away and learn the game. I dont mind newbies asking simple questions like "Best Seal to use" but when someone like you comes in with questions that show you clearly havent put even the slightest thought into it pisses me off. All I ask is that you at least try to think for yourself.
