Pre-heroic gear listFollow

I saw...somewhere...I cannot remember where, but it was a post with a profile that listed all the easy to obtain gear whether it's crafted or simple dungeons and it gave you the stats needed to jump into any heroic and tank the snot out of it. Might exclude like HoR because it was made before those ICC 5-mans were in, but yeah. Any idea what I'm talking about?
