HAT borked?Follow

So as a lot of rogues are probably doing, I went to test out subtlety to see what I could do with it. Its been fun, tott+burst is kinda neat. However, it seems like HAT is not working whatsoever even a little at all. I took 2/3 points in it, so maybe that's an issue, but I figured that with it only counting once per second, the chance that in a second someone gets a crit is rather high, so I opted for the two points in filthy tricks instead. I'm sure my build isn't anything near optimal, but I'm playing around with it.

Anyways, I was in Pit of Saron, and I was wondering if the party just had very lot crit on average, but people were doing decent damage. On the tunnel up to the last boss, at the midpoint and endpoint both I just did FoK exclusively and I did not get one single combo point from HAT. Not a one, nada. zero combo points at the start, zero combo points at the end.

I watched on the end boss too. Not a single combo point. Anyone else noticing this? That's a pretty big issue and will really kill dps.

edit2: I spent the 50g and went full 3/3 and it seems to work correctly. Not sure what is up with it otherwise. Seems like going 2/3 or even 1/3 should be more efficient given people's current crit numbers, but it made it do nothing.
