Well I have progressed fairly well in ICC, Picked up the tanking mace, and wondering what enchant most think is the best to get. I have been using Blade Ward, but from most of my reading this one isn't even in the top 5.
Any suggestions?

None of the tanking enchants are especially good. There's Accuracy for threat, Mongoose or 26 Agi for the armor, Blood Draining for the heal, Blade Ward for avoidance, or Titanium Weapon Chain for the cheap hit.
I've tried all of them on different tanking weapons, and I'd say either Mongoose or Accuracy. Probably both on different weapons to switch out. Accuracy is on my Heroics farming weapon, and I also use it for raid trash.

Accuracy, Mongoose or Blood Draining for your real tanking wpn. I actually go so far as to use berserking on my 5man 2.6spd axe(with Seal of Command of course) just for max dps since i seem to always end up carrying 3 dps that can't manage 5kdps between them in random heroics lately.
