1. Post your character link to the armory.
2. Look at Anobix's armory link and copy his spec.
2a. If you are short/tight on Gold - Don't pay to respec yet. They are going to change something in the next patch that may cause Anobix to change the spec. So - there's no requirement to pay to change today, only to have to pay to change again as soon as they install the nerf to Incanter's Absorption.
Edit - IF you are Chaandre (the only one that the armory found) then here's what I'm seeing. Only thing that confuses me is that mage was Arcane - no D.Spec as Frost (And you talked about Frost in your post) *All of this is assuming you are Chaandre from Wow.armory....
1. You have about 1/2 your gear as PVP gear. (Are you PVP'ing or are you just using those pieces because they were better than the crap you had?) PVP gear is find to DPS in for most things. It's just not optimal as points are being spent to give you Resil (A purely PVP stat).
2. Much of your gear is blue. While this isn't an excuse for bad DPS, it could be a major cause of it... Don't waste money or fancy gems on blue gear. You should be more than fine for heroics. Just replace all your blue stuff with drops or triumph gear.
3. Your gear is good enough for Naxx, but if your guild is taking you though Ulduar, TOC, or ICC they are carrying you.
