Combat is a pretty good choice for leveling since its easy to play and all. You might wanna give details like what weapons do you currently use or prefer. Depending on the type of weapons you use, you might havta change your weapon specialization. Talents matter less when you're not at the level cap, so its more of a preference thing. Some people might prefer Improved Stealth as compared to Vitality/Nerves of Steel etc. Kinda depends on your playstyle too. My advise is not to let it worry you too much and just go with your gut feeling.
