that being said my question is "When is it time to give up on Dark moon card Greatness"? I know it's the bomb, but there has to be time when your gear gets to a point when there is something better out there

Since the proc effect has a 33% uptime and procs for 300 agi, you are looking at basically a constant 100 agi from the proc and then another 90 just from the stats on the card.
With that being said, if you find another trinket that you would like to equip over having 190 agi the I would replace it, if not then don't.
