Level 40 Shaman Mail?Follow

Hello Everyone:

It seems like I had seen somewhere that when I reach level 40 I can chain to mail armor. I have reached level 40, but the mail is still listed as red unavailable? What do I need to do?

I see you are not visiting the Trainer on a regular basis as every two levels you must visit a trainer or you miss out on new spells and attacks including the ability to wear Mail Armour at level 40 .
