quick question about weapon enchant to use as an Ele shaman.
Is black magic worth getting over increased spellpower ?? I am unsure how to balance crit vs haste and was thinking black magic could be worth it on a more haste inclined setup ??

Black Magic isn't worth it from what I've read. 63 or 83 spell power benefits you all the time whereas Black Magic's proc effect does nothing when you're moving.
Please "talk up" if your comprehension white-shifts. I will use simple-happy language-words to help you understand.
