I have been running the instance circuit getting my emblems like many other players. I noticed that I have the option to buy a PVP set of gear as well as the PVE T9 gear with the emblems. Right now I am mainly running nstances, but I do enjoy arena as well. Is there enough difference in the the two sets? I really don't raid much, even if at all. I mainly stay with the 5-mans. Is it feasible to run the 5-mans in PVP gear?

It is very feasable to run 5mans with pvp gear, it will certainly be better than blues/etc. The major difference between the two is that pvp gear comes with more pvp stats (spell penetration, resilience, and more stam, mostly).

And in some cases, you'll be glad you have that extra stamina.
Some of the PvP gear (I'm thinking specifically of the cloak) is pretty decent. It's really hard to find a better cloak with haste on it, as the comparable Emblem of Frost cloaks are all crit.
Just grab the Mark or something for hit and you'll be fine. That cloak is very nice, and is probably better than what I've gotten in raids. (BAH!) But, really, the only think you have to compsnsate for is hit with PVP gear, and heroics, not that much.
Of course, it's always nice to have a pve set and a pvp set. I'll be so glad when Anub is long gone and dead so I can have a pvp spec/set and pve spec/set. le sigh.
