I'm looking forward to this change going in with the patch today. (OK, it's already in but I'm at work.)
Elemental Combat
Shamanism: This talent now provides 4/8/12/16/20% extra spell damage to Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning, up from 3/6/9/12/15% , and 5/10/15/20/25% to Lava Burst, up from 4/8/12/16/20%.
Not sure why other classes have talents that are getting damage increased by 100%, but this is better than a stick in the eye.

Wait, what?
Probably means things like this:
That is, the effect of the talent will be increasing by 100%, not that the damage of the ability is doubling.

The tooltip on that talent is really odd:
Bonus damage effects? Does that mean spell power or talents that increase damage?
