People not buffing felguardFollow

This is really starting to annoy me- people not buffing my felguard. Normally he doesn't get buffed and I ask nicely if he can get the buff and he then does, but it makes me feel like I'm nagging, and then when he dies or the buff wears off they won't rebuff and I'm too embarassed to ask.

Today I had a two paladins in a PoS hc party and they flat out refused to buff my pet saying they'd buff it when I respecced affliction or destro. (I'm 0 41 30).

I seem to run into far more hate on my lock. I feel persecuted a lot of the time.

You've got:

1) People not buffing pet, sometimes even when asked
2) People hating on demonology
3) People who wouldn't hate on demonology normally but hating on 0 41 30
4) People telling you to dismiss felguard and use imp instead
5) People slagging off your dps even on trash fights where your pet died (and they hadn't buffed it anyway), or slagging off dps on fights that require you to be pretty mobile a lot of the time.

In the party today that I mentioned where the paladins wouldn't buff my pet they claimed it was because of my spec, but then continued to have a go at my gear which is not that bad (gs 4116), then have a go at my dps by selectively resetting their recount and posting things like a trash fight where I was mostly typing in answer to them and not dpsing. THEN the elemental shaman dps started having a go at my dps too and making stupid claims like my aoe dps on trash was only 2k which it wasn't- it was about 10k the same as his once he actually stopped slacking because I beat him on aoe on trash and told him so.

Blah blah I know. Confused, stupid ranting post is confused, stupid and ranting.
Ranting about attitude to warlocks in general and also a bad party I just had.

Moral of this story? Don't post on alla after you just had a really bad party with 3 of the members being richards to you.

That said I'm still pressing "Post Message", aren't I?

hehe i know the feeling, back when felguard specs were top dps (short lived, but fun while it lasted) complaining became second nature.. thankfully my pet didn't often die, i set up some lovely macros for pet control and spent far to much time perfecting how to get the bugger to move where i wanted... lol

ready check? What PUGs are you running with? Sometimes even a "hi" seems to be too much to ask in my realmpool

My apologies... I assumed people raided in WoW and not just farm heroics for free gear, won't happen again Wort.

Apparently you've never been in a PUG raid?

Leave it to a Soviet Canuck to miss the point.
The point is, even if you raid, you still want to do that daily random heroic for your two frost. If you happen to be doing that while there's not many guildies on, you're probably going to pug it. In my guild, I actually frown on the people that wait til guildies want to do randoms to do them, and just sit in trade trolling instead of doing randoms.

Nobody is judging you about your choice to pug with people you dont know over people you raid with, makes sense... you hate people who want a stress free random. And, you know the benefit about 5 guildies running a random? They can requeue right after. Imagine that huh.

What is funny about this is that according to new dps specs I've seen, destro is the lowest dps spec, sadly. Demo is apparently better than destro. Demo also buffs the entire raid.

Three things:

1. This is the Warlock forum. They aren't going to buff your pet anyway.
2. Greater Blessings will buff you and your Felguard at the same time. If you want something else for your pet, see #3.
3. Stop crying; it's a 5 man Heroic. MP5, 10% stats or some AP aren't going to make or break the run. If your DPS is significantly less, you need to stop relying on other people's buffs for your own DPS.
