Please any advice on how I can level from 25 to 55?
Do quests. And use the LFG tool to do instances. You also could do some PvP for xp now too.
The first two are pretty good xp to time rewards.
I think that the PvP xp rates are lower than before, and it fluctuates how effective you are at it.
That or grind on killing mobs. But honestly, chain questing is pretty quick and powerful. The hit or miss nature of the LFG tool I find a little unsatisfying at times. Yet I have heard very good success stories around it.

If you are really on top of quests with help from addons and previous knowledge then quests are the most efficient. But with that said I'd absolutely level via instances if I were leveling another warrior. The queues for tanks are practically non-existant. The XP is really good from instancing and of course there's better gear. Also realize that you don't have to spec Protection to tank these dungeons until Outlands or even Northrend. Just be sure to keep your one handed weapon skill topped off and upgrade your shield (consider sheild spikes) and you'll be fine as Arms IMO.
