Dual-spec: will I lose my spirit beast pets?Follow

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I did search but....

Anyway, if I dual-spec BM / MM will I lose my BM-only pets even if they are stabled? I got Gondria (now Malaika) and I really love her. Would be nice to do more dps in heroics tho.

Edit: I found the answer on the Blizz forum. People say you do NOT loose a stabled exotic pet when you switch to alternate spec, but of course you can't use it until you go back to BM. If anyone here can confirm or refute that, I'd appreciate the feedback.
