Evening/morning guys,
I was reading EJ earlier whislt respeccing to DW frost/forst(as many of their posts say) and they seem to be sure that GoD(glyph of Disease) does not refresh Improved Icy Talons. Yet whilst I had my old glyph equipped, including CoD, my random HC got called.
Not expecting much from my build I rock out what I got!
yet IIT kept refreshing everytime I use pest, is EJ O.O.D?? Or have I missed something?

It wouldn't be the first time EJ was off on DKs. That said, their thread is probably outdated and the problem probably got hotfixed.
