Simply wondering, have rogues had the nerf that was recently announced (news to some perhaps) or is it still to come, if so when?

We have been nerfed twice already.
1. HfB: 15%->10%
2. HfB: 10%->5% AND Poisons AP Coefficients dropped 10%.
However, none of these changes are reflected in the tool tips.
