Try em both out.
Switch to the starfall glyph and see what your dps ends up being.
Also go to OF and try that out as well.
I used OF back in Ulduar because of the Yogg mechanics and it had a decent uptime. ToC didn't have a whole lot of options to proc it so I dropped out of it and went back into GW/Typhoon.
Now, because of how ICC is full of raid wide damage I would say definately try it out.
My biggest thing with switching to starfall is you need to remember to be using it. Since IS is already in your rotation you never forget it.

To be honest, Starfall is on my rotation too, since I use it whenever its CD is down.
I`ll try both things tomorrow night, since its when my guild run. Problem is, I dont raid as much as I would like nor as much as a test like this would need. My guild runs Wed/Fri but I only raid on Wed due to lack of time.
I`ll try and remember to do a report on this, at least would be something to work on.
edit to add:
one other thing I noticed is that, somehow (dunno of intended or not), the mobs on bosses spaw quite at the same time as the glyphed starfall would. At least it gave me that impression. I guess I`ll confirm that tomorrow night too.

As a heads-up, I changed my spec yesterday before raid, but forgot to change the glyph, so I only noticed the OF change. I dont have the actual numbers, since I`m not home, but here is the rundown:
First Boss:
OF procced pretty much every time when the boss start whirlwind (bone-whatever, cant remember the name of it). I was impaled twice, it didnt procced from it. I asked a friend healer if I could step once or twice on the fire to see if it procced, he said ok, I proceeded to do it and warned him by private bind on vent. It didnt procced and I stepped 3 times on it on different situations.
I noticed a small increase in dps from OF, cause it only procced during the whirlwind thing.
Second Boss:
It procced once, when I got hit by the ice thing the boss throws around. I even let a ghost give some hits on me, but it didnt procced.
Noticed no gain.
Gunship:
It procced quite some times, due to axe being throwed at me.
Since I was on boat and I dont have Gale Winds, it really didnt matter at all. Maybe if I were one of the peeps that went over the other boat it could make some difference. But...meh, stupid boss is stupid.
Fourth Boss:
Since it was me and another Moonkin, we stood in the middle for Typhoon, quite near each other, so we got hit a lot by the blood thing. OF procced some times, forgot the actual number. I did noticed a boost in my deeps, but not so great. What I noticed was that the use of Typhoon didnt matter so much this time to my mana.
That was it for yesterday. After that, I left for better geared ppl so they could get progression bosses/wing done. Maybe next week I`ll be able to do some more tests, but, from what is worth, removing GW and getting OF can give you a bit more dps.
