Now, I'm not the greatest at knowing what all the best stuff is for a character in WoW, I generally just tend to go with "whatever looks cool" But I would like to start raiding ICC/TOC and im currently at a 4400 GS. But every raid group rejects me because I don't have a 5.1k+ GS and I need some input on what to replace to get there, heres my armory.

You have to change your gems to purple gems. Blue gems are enough for heroics, but you want the epic ones for raiding.
Try changing the blue equipment for emblems equipments, shouldnt be that hard and you can get a lot of equips doing heroics. It seens, to me, the worst ones you have are Waist, the rings and trinkets. Try focusing on those ones.
That being said, you have more than enough to heal anything till ToC 10 and, maybe, ToC 25. ICC maybe the first 3 bosses, but I`m not sure. Probably no hard modes.

-As was mentioned epic quality gems are a plus. If nothing else they'll help convince a raid leader you are investing effort into the character.

-You are going to need more mana regen. You'll be Hotting about every GCD, and the longer fights are going to burn your mana fast. Try to get a regen trinket, such as the snowflake from H HoR. Insightful Earthseige Diamond for the meta slot, and the Idol of Awakening is a good bet as well. You don't have to use the awakening idol all the time, but can swap it in on fights you find yourself going OOM on.

-If you aren't going to glyph healing touch the 5 points in Naturalist are kinda wasted. Feel free to move at least 2 to Subtlety and distribute the rest as you see fit.

-People that want a 5100 GS to run ToC 10/25 are just jerks.

There's a belt just waiting for you to go and pick it up. You have the rep already.

I found that running through places that drop Runecloth and tons of blues (Stratholme) are easy to run through and make decent cash, but if it's something you're interested in, simply running through all of the old world content that you may not have seen, or outland instances can be very lucrative considering the time involved in running some instances.

It's fun to me and I'm an enchanter so running through, garbbing the drops and disenchanting everything and selling the mats is very profitable, and if you're not an enchanter just shout in town for one and tip em or let em have some mats themselves for helping you out...works for me opn all my non-enchanting characters.

Yeah, I think the others have the right idea. Seeing blue-quality gems would really not please me, but it wouldn't be an instant reject. Having blues would. It's the highest level raid so anyone without 219 minimum in every slot wouldn't be welcome in my raid. Other than that though, you're pretty much there. You'll get turned down by some groups, but you will have the ability to heal the first 3 bosses when you do find a group.

The other thing I notice is that you're crazy about getting the slot item bonuses. Remember, slot item bonuses are just there to trick bad or unknowledgeable players. I'm not sure what the cutoff point for trees is. I know for boomkins it's any purple slot where the bonus is +7SP or higher, you can use the Purified Dreadtone with is +SP/Spirit(purple). This is because the amount of SP we gain from the +SPI and bonus is equal to the amount if we neglected the set bonus. Luckily, trees have need for all 3 major colors (Spirit-blue, Haste-yellow, SP-red), so getting the socket bonuses may be more achieveable without sacrifice, but it's highly dependant on what the bonus is.

While you're regemming with epics, consider this. It's been a while since I've really got into healing, and with 3.3 I'm not certain about gemming choices, so maybe somebody else can be more helpful. I'm pretty certain that straight INT(helm) is a bad choice though. Also, I think that since 3.3, haste has become much more important, possibly moreso than SP. So you may consider getting the 20 haste gems(yellow) for yellow slots and the SP/Haste(orange) For red slots. This will allow you to keep slot bonuses while utilizing correct gems.

jeffoncom is right you have a lot of options for gemming.

In general it's best to gem for throughput, as there are better places to pick up mana without sacrificing so much. When gemming throughput the +haste and +spellpower are fairly equivalent, so you can gem either of them without sacrificing anything (which stat is better for you is something you'll need a spreadsheet to figure out, and the difference is fairly minimal at that point anyway). Use haste/spirit or spellpower/spirit for blue slots.
Most socket bonuses besides spellpower and haste probably aren't worth getting once you've met the requirements for your meta gem.

Once you've soft-capped on haste, spellpower/intellect is a reasonable choice for your yellow sockets if you find yourself needing more mana. However, if you are comfortable with your mana pool then spellpower/critical is likely going to be your best remaining choice.

If you are in dire need of more mana, you can gem for it. However you'll want to replace these gems as soon as you get the chance. In this case mp5 and intellect will be the most useful stats for you. Though this is more of a last resort, then anything that is typically done.
