Raid dpsFollow

Currently I have a 4.9k gs and am using the crossbow out of PoS, running as SV (0/17/54). Right now I'm putting out right about 6.5k dps on fights that i don't have to run around a bunch and 5k on the fights with lots of movement (1 boss ICC for ex.). I used to be a hardcore raider at Lvl 70 using the BM build but have just gotten my hunter to 80 about 10 days ago.

My question is this (because we have no hunters in my guild other than me), is the damage i'm doing now good for the gear I have, and just how much higher can i expect my dps to get once i'm in mostly icc 10 lvl gear?

I think I might have to level up my Hunter some more. Every Hunter around the 5k GS benchmark have been putting out insane DPS, from heroics to raids. My DK has a GS of 4600 and barely breaks 3.5k in 10-mans.
