Race for PvP and build.Follow

I'm planning on making a DK on Aggramar, and I was wanting to know what race was the best for PvP. War Stomp is cool, but Berserking would be nice too. Any suggestions? Also, if you can, suggest a PvP build for me.

Pick the race that looks the best in your opinion.

Play around with the specs and respec a lot.

Pick the one you enjoy the most.

Wow, that was hard.

What Horse said.

But if you refuse to use your brain...

Horde- Orc or Forsaken
Alliance- Human

Blood elf is the best horde pvp race for death knights, the aoe silence is freaking amazing. Undead have been nerfed into the worst horde race. Orc is good (it's what I am), but it's really meant for PvE not PvP.

Night Elf for 2 reason:

Looks good,
Shadowmeld for those moment when you need to ambush someone or an incoming siege engine.

I wasn't even thinking of WotF at this point. As it is 80% useless. But I still love Cannibalize. BEs are pretty nice, true. But we have so many interrupts already that I rarely find myself wishing I had it that badly.

But, if you are Alliance, SERIOUSLY go Human. It's kickass. You don't need the PvP trinket, and can take one that's actually good. It's so full of win...

If you feel you REALLY don't want them, then they are all basically equal. It is really just preference. I'd say their actual order is NE/Dwarf>Draenei>Gnome. NEs that know what they are doing can pull some pretty great things with Shadowmeld. Downside is that, for Unholy, your ghoul will stay visible. Dwarf can wipe Bleeds, Diseases and Poisons. Pretty great against Rogues, Warriors, other DKs, Priests and Druids. Draenei's heal is decent, but made better by the fact that it is castable on other players. And you will fair slightly better against Locks, Priests and other DKs. Gnomes get a snare wipe. It will be useful against Rogues, Druids, DKs and Warriors. And Shaman, I guess, if they Frost Shock. It works against Mages, but you shouldn't need it.

This. I can't even count the number of times when I was playing my DK that I would completely destroy another team with silence/interrupt/CC chains with a rogue partner.
