I guess the subject basically asks my question. Why can I no longer use Lay Hands in combat?
Do you have forbearance up when you are trying to use it?

I didn't think so. I'll pay attention the next time I do an instance but I don't think I had forbearance. I've tried to use Lay Hands several times since the update on Tuesday and it doesn't seem to work anymore. That makes me a sad paladin. :(
I hate it when I pop Divine Protection and then can't do anything but watch my health drop to zero due to Lay on Hands being unavailable.
In my opinion, they should've kept LoH off the Forbearance train and just nerfed it. Considering World of Warcraft is built around PvE, I find it odd that they try to balance it around PvP.

Guess it was the forbearance. I was able to use it last night. It sure isn't pally friendly this way.
Is it still impossible to use Lay on Hands within 30 seconds of Avenging Wrath? That's certainly caused me some problems.
