What I most recommend is to socket and enchant your gear. Seriously... It's painful to look at. You don't even have rune-forges on! If that is an armory glitch, PLEASE tell us. Because it's absolutely embarrassing. You'd get 210 stamina straight from gems alone with your current gear. Plus, you are playing as one of the lowest threat tank specs we have, there's no reason to not have the threat enchant on your hands.

One option is to replace Eitrigg's Oath with the Corroded Skeleton Key. It would bring you up to 35K Health unbuffed. And, since you only have 20 seconds on Eitrigg's to use the armor (seriously? This thing is worse than The Black Heart), the 3200 absorption from the key is probably better than it.

Then go for the Sentinel's Winter Cloak.

And, for the love of God, ENCHANT AND GEM YOUR GEAR.

Well, you logged out in your DpS set, so no one else can evaluate the tanking one.

Your spec is fine, more or less. I personally don't like Frost builds that take Morbidity, but that's a personal choice. I'm much more partial to the EJ recommended one, tweaked to taste.

Either way, get rid of the Glyph of UA. If you are gonna keep Morbidity, go with DnD. If you aren't, go with IT. I'd also replace RS with FS, personally, if you will be going with 3/3 Scent of Blood. You are gonna have WAY more RP than you need for RSs, so getting more FSs out of it is beter than 10% of your RSs turning into crits, imo.

Your spec is basically fine if it works for you. But there are better ones out there. Really think about the bonuses you get from the lesser talents you take (like Chill of the Grave) and think about whether or not you'll get a better one from another talent (like Bladed Armor, which would increase your HB before multipliers by 20 damage per point, BEFORE you enter Frost Presence).

I think my armory is ok to evaluate now(I log out as my current tanking set), also one thing I feel weird about armory is the way armory show the stat of my character, my hp should stay at 35k+ after I re-gem some of my gears but armory only show I got like 33k hp, I think maybe that the reason you told me to go for +228 stamina trinket first for boost stamina.

so for now I got 3 options to upgrade my gears

1. Verdigris chain belt
2. Sentinel's winter cloak
3. Corroded skeleton key

if you guys still think the trinket is the one for me after evaluate my gears, then I'll go for it plus this will be my last time reply to this thread, thx ppl.

Frost Presence is a buff, and doesn't show in the armory.

The trinket offers the greatest increase in stats, plus a superior on-use ability.

After that, go for the cape.

The Chest will act as a great Threat piece for you, as well as boosting your stamina quite a bit (at the cost of some avoidance).

The gloves are a moderate upgrade.

The Belt will give you higher threat, but you will lose avoidance. You gain enough Stam to make it worthwhile though.

I'd recommend you grab them in that order, but moving chest around depending on how much you want threat. As frost, it will do less for you than other specs.

That's what I would do in your position.

Just look at each piece. See what you currently have, and look at the change in stats.

What will you lose, what will you gain?

Also think about the content you are doing. If you plan to raid, then you might be able to get better drops from ICC 10/25. I dunno. Look up those and see if you would potentially replace any pieces quickly.
