I am curious about why I cannot seem to equip a new bag. I have unlocked my action bars but it will not allow me to unequip a current bag. Any ideas?

You should make sure that the bag you want to remove is empty.
Also, you need to drag it from its place into one of your other bags.
Apart from that, no idea. Try disabling all your addons if it is still impossible.

95% sure the bag doesn't need to be empty anymore.

If you don't have any bags equipped, right-clicking will equip the bag, but if you already have all bag slots (not the slots in your bag) filled out, you need to drag the new bag onto an existing bag to replace it.

i kept my DK bags till i was 80, haha i dont know why.
You don't have to empty the bag, BUT if the bag you're trying to equip is currently being stored in the bag you're replacing, it won't work.
This is only really a problem if you use a "one window" addon for your bags and have a slightly harder time distinguishing one bag's contents from another.
