Rogue poisons :: Free Realms

Sorry, I'm sure this has been talked about before, but I've been out of game for a while and am a little shocked by the changes to Rogues and poisoning.

Can someone point me towards what happened or give me a run down. So far I've figured out that my rogue can't make poisons anymore and crippling and mindnumbing have been completely removed. Dare I ask why or how they are now obtained?

Poisons are now purchasable from poison vendors, which can mostly be fund close to rogue trainers.

Crippling and mind numbing have become 1 rank, hence crippling rank 2 has become a grey item.

Deadly Poison will now, when applied to 5 stacks, cause your other hand's poison to apply as well (so, in the case of Instant+Deadly, you will apply Instant on every Deadly proc once you get to 5).

I also believe that Deadly continues to refresh itself.

CRAZY change. I've seen Rogue DpS shoot up since the patch.

I'm of a mixed mind of this. While I love the DPS increase and being number 1 DPS on most fights in ICC...I feel sorta bad that I got there from a buff. I would much rather have climbed my way from 5/6/7 where I was to number 1 by gear and(hopefully) by my own skill.

The worst part is that Blizz didn't do this because Rogue DPS was low(I think), it was solely because of the addon that people were using for weapon/poison swaps.

I'm certainly not going to ask for Blizz to revert the change...but it feels like something of a bittersweet victory.

QFT.. some people in my guild (note, the DPSers i've passed to reach my new #1 DPS position) are QQing all the time about it being unfair and how it needs to get nerfed.. kinda takes the fun of it away.
