I dont know what to do! Im stuck at this quest. I know that i have to form it from two halfes(the aquatic agility and aquatic endurance), but i dont know where to look, or who to talk to. Please help me out :(

Some quests can be a B*TCH if you haven't found sites like that yet, lol. And don't have cords.

That one would take you about 3 hours longer than it should if you are new and haven't done it before.
