Over the past week my dps has decreased by half, even though my gear is getting better. I am doing the ruptureless rotation, moved the 2 points in Sublety from Relentless Strikes to Opportunity & never letting Hfb drop. Last week I was usualy doing 5k dps on most bosses (even 6 k on Cynagosia in VH). But now I am struggling to do 2.5 k on bosses & 3 k on the dummy. Is my attack power to low? What the heck is going on?

Are you putting deadly poison on offhand(your faster weapon basically) and instant on main?
That's really all I can think of unfortunately. Your gear looks fine. Your expertise is pretty high, did you recently get a lot of it? I don't think that would do it, expertise isn't a bad stat necessarily.

The only major thing I can think of are poisons as well,
some small notes though:
when checking a spread sheet, I found I do a bit more DPS with the 2 'subtlety-points' in relentless strikes
you should really check if opportunity is worth it for you.
your gems: I saw you gemmed some of the sockets for Hit + Agil, with your current hit rating, i think gemming AP / haste would benefit you more.
but these are just some minor DPS upgrades and wouldn't fill the 2k DPS gap you've been seeing.

Are you raiding with your pvp spec active?
You mentined VoH. Are you running PuGs?
Because buffs may be playing a big role. Especially if you are losing the 550 AP/10% to stats ones from Pallies (or Warriors in the first case), as well as Horn of Winter/Strength of Earth.
Right there is almost 900 AP for you.

No I am not raiding with my pvp spec active...but that would have made perfect sense. I am switching gems around & getting more gear. I think the biggest (& best) problem was that I got so much new gear too quickly & I lost my way with all my stats. I am back to doing 5k dps on instance bosses & usually 3k on trash. Got pulled in to my guilds ICC raid last night & I did well. I kept up with the other dps guys while they taught me the fights.
My next question is on Aldriana's spreadsheet (which I assume we are using). What do you do when your gear doesn't show up in the dropdown list? Neither of my equipped weapons are available. Also, is there a minimum amount of agility we are shooting for? Haven't seen any info on this in any forums.

I've noticed this as well! I've been gaining gear on my recently dinged 80 rogue and for the first week I've been 80 I did about a constant 2k - 2.2k dps. The last few days, I've dropped to 1.7k. I'm using the exact same poisons, same spec, same rotation, just better gear...
Yes, I know this doesn't include any specific info about me, I'm just chiming in to say I've noticed a recent drastic decrease in my own dps and have no idea why.

I lost DPS going from Combat to Mut, I re did glyphs but not sure if I should get rid of all my AGI gems and go AP and hit. I am at poison cap
