Ok, it dropped. WTF is it? I didn't know if I wanted to spend dkp on a hella dps weapon with only stam and an chance on hit energy proc. I passed, but now I'm not sure If i should've. Any thoughts?

I wish I knew, I'm hoping EJ figures it out before it drops for my raid...
EDIT: Just checked EJ. No it doesn't seem to be worth it if you have 245+ daggers.
