This is something that I didn't cover in the guide, (I know, it's horribly out-dated) but....I can't really think of any. Restoration and Enhancement have more than Elemental do, I believe. Make sure you have your Elemental Mastery and trinket macro ready, for when you use Bloodlust/Heroism, other than that, I hope someone else can help out here.

It's very handy to have a macro for Purge and Wind Shear on a focus target. Jaraxus and Faction Champs are two fights where it can be very useful, but those are just examples. Any time you've got more than one target and at least one of them is likely to need an offensive dispel or an interrupt at some point, having the option to do so without having to worry about switching targets is very handy.
