So I just turned 80 a few days ago, I think on Sunday. I've been busting my *** trying to gear myself up so I can do a raid with my guild. My question is, what GS do I need to run OS10/25? The run is tonight and I'm going to try and run a quick few heroics to pick up another one of Liadrin's armor. Right now I think I'm sitting at a gear score of 3500.

Unless they're going to try to leave multiple drakes up, you should be fine, and probably even then.
OS isn't a gear check, it's an idiot check. The enrage timer, at 15 minutes, is softer than Charmin. With a guild group that knows the fight, your job is to avoid lava waves, void zones, cleaves and deal with enraged adds appropriately for your strat - and any DPS you happen to chip in is gravy. If no one dies, you're guaranteed to win.

So I ran OS 25 with the guild last night, no problem at all. We left one dragon up before we went for the boss. Nothing dropped for me but that's OK, it was just fun running from the lava wall.
Congratulations on your run. A lot of raiding is just moving through the content and trying not to be disappointed when nothing drops. Think of it as paying for the gear that does drop and you won't be too let down. So many runs nothing drops for me or I get outrolled, then I have those runs where I am the only plate healer and 3 pieces drop for me.
