I finally got my DK to the last quest where he now has to go to Thrall in Org. When I went to the balcony, there is no flightmaster (on either level). All npcs are dead, including all trainers. I had no way to get down. Not sure if I missed something or what the problem is. Any suggestions other than jumping to my death and rezzing on the ground?

I was under the impression that when you accept the quest, you get teleported to just outside the city you're sent to visit.

There is a portal on either side of the Balcony. One to Orgrimmar, one to Stormwind.
