Would help if you posted your armoury so we can look at everything and also see your spec.
No need to post armory - definitely only one player with THAT name.
Let's see...
1. Your spec is a little strange. For a raiding destro spec, you should use either 0/13/58 or 3/13/54 (+1). I would suggest using the latter at first based on your lack of hit rating.
2. You have no glyphs!?! At least fill in your three major glyphs. If you are staying destro, I would suggest Glyph of Conflagrate, Glyph of Incinerate, and either Glyph of Life Tap or Glyph of Immolate as your third.
3. Your gear I won't comment on even though I notice you have quite a bit of PvP gear instead of PvE, but maybe you logged off after doing PvP. However....
4. Enchants are off. Your cloak should have +23 haste, not an agility enchant. +10 to stats on your chest would be better than +250 mana. You have no enchant on your gloves - get the +28 spellpower, or possibly the +20 hit one for now. Please change your leg enchantment from attack power to Brilliant Spellthread (+sp/+spirit). Change your boot enchant to Icewalker (+12 crit/+12 hit). Your staff is unenchanted - get the +81 spellpower enchant on it.
5. Your gems are....well, horrible. I will suggest gems as if you are destro. For your meta gem, use the Chaotic Skyflare Diamond, which will require you to have two blue gems socketed. Instead of going one by one through the rest of your sockets, use these gems: runed (+sp), purified (+sp/+spirit) <- use these for your two blue gems, reckless (+sp/+haste). DO NOT gem for: strength, spell penetration (this is for PvP only), intellect, stamina.
6. Your hit rating is very low. This means you are missing a lot on your spells, which contributes to a low dps. Research good +hit gear and work toward obtaining it. One help would be replacing your healer trinket (Tears of the Vanquished) with Mark of the War Prisoner or Shard of the Crystal Heart.
7. I don't know what your rotation is, but for destro it is commonly Curse of Doom, Immolate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt, Incinerate. Then just prioritize, keep your DoTs up and fill in with Incinerates.
This should all help you become a better PvE warlock.

Thank you for your help.........I am somewhat new to dungeons . I did very well as a player questing and leveling up i just want to be a better player for my guild.
In regards to end-game dungeons and raids, there are some good resources to check out that will help you with talent builds, glyph choices, rotations, gear upgrades, etc.
