King Mosh QuestionFollow

#1 Dec 14 2009 at 12:30 PM Rating: Decent
According to Wowhead King Mosk, the Devilsaur from Ungoro Crater has 61K health. Is this true? and if it is does it get nerfed when you train him as a pet? I'm not high enough level yet to get a look at him (only 28 atm).

Any monster you train has a fixed set of stats based on its family; the specific one you tame is irrelevant. King Mosh will result in an identical look and feel as any normal white devilsaur.

Almost right. Smiley: lol I spent three hours being stomped into the ground by him at level 56...I know.

It's a shame that more people don't get to experience all of Un'Goro as it was in it's glory day. Those ******** moments were the best!

Though they still have the Fel Reaver so that's something.

They got rid of the devilsaurs? WTF?

I fondly remember hearing the stomping sounds as the ****** one shotted me.

I encountered one yesterday (yay for Ungoro -> mining thorium), so I must say they did not remove them :-)

My bear tried to eat him, but failed (at level 51). Too big a gulp my bet.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I simply meant that people don't spend as much time in Un'Goro as they once may have on account of the faster leveling speeds you have these days. The Devilsaurs are still there.

I remember when I was 56 and trying to tame a devilsaur. If only I knew back then that freezing trap worked like a charm.

Unfortunately I've already discovered in other threads then King Mosh is immune to Traps and Stuns. I was really interested in a pet that started with 61K+ health and then talent it more. Talk about hard to kill, LOL. Would love to see a Pet with 90K+ health, with enough mitigation, what a tank it would be! Then the bubble burst and I was reminded of the way Tamed pet models work. OH well such is Luff.

Un'Goro is still awesome for leveling through even if there's not much incentive to go back when you've done all the quests. And when you're leveling through the zone, the jumbo elite dinosaurs still generate the, ************* run!" reflex ;D
