226 tank set bonus.Follow

Not being an endgamer at all and compareing triumph pieces around. I'm trying to decide if any pieces of 226 are still worth keeping. Is the increased seal damage count for all parts of vengence? Is it only 10% to the 294 dot or does it also add to the 33% extra weapon damage from stacking it to 5? Any help is appreciated and please ignore any grammer mistakes, I've been drinking =)
